I've had this pictures for months, but I've been somewhat insecure to share this picture because, well, I'm not really used to sharing this much of myself😂🙉 ⁠

But I felt now was the right time, because it symbolises how much I've truly been sharing of mySelf this last year. Holland was and still is in lockdown, but inside of me so much has opened up. The inner critic has become so much more gentle, the inner child has been let out to play freely again and my inner trust and surrender have been getting such deeper roots.⁠

Of course there can still be the fear of other peoples opinions, wanting to be liked by everyone, fearing that I'm not good enough, and all that jazz, but there's a much stronger and vibrant part in me that just knows that all of that is actually so insignificant and doesn't stand a change against the light that wants to shine and be shared! ⁠

Yesterday was my first trilingual Voice Liberation session with simultaneous Spanish and Portuguese translations. Close to 500 people registered and close to 200 people were there live, from literally ALL over the world🎉😍 ⁠

A Course in Miracles says that when you're ready to learn, the opportunities to teach will be provided. I'm ready to learn and fully experience that I am perfect the way I am, and I love to see how abundant teaching opportunities are arising for me to teach this, so that I may learn it myself as well. ⁠
Seeing all of those faces on zoom last night truly made me feel we are walking this journey together. It's a journey without distance, but while we seem to be on it, I am so happy to be amongst mighty travel companions. Including you reading this. ⁠

Time to recharge🙏🏼❤
I've been giving workshops in a closed youth care facility this week and it was pretty intense! The youngsters were mostly very enthusiastic and eager to participate, but all of the lyrics they were writing were about their past, which is not a very happy story.
My heart was full of all the heartbreaking stories that you wish no child would endure...

I feel thankful that I could share some love and light there, and definitely also for the beautiful lessons I've learned from them!! But when I got home I just felt like my heart was overflowing of hours long recording one sad song after the other😪💔

I know we all got our own path to walk, but sometimes it can really break my heart to see kids in this way and to then just leave and go back to my own life...🤔

Anyway, it's time now to process, unwind and recharge! 🧘🏽‍♀️🛀🏽🤎

I love taking walks in nature with bare feet, taking long showers/baths and/or really take time to eat a nice nurturing meal🌿🌿😍

Here's a reminder that Love isn't something we nee

Here's a reminder that Love isn't something we need to deserve, something we can loose, or something we can gain. Love is who we truly ARE. It can never be lost and it doesn't need to be found for it is all there is.
If we can't feel it right now, that's only because there is something blocking us from experiencing the love we truly are, just like the clouds don't have a real effect on the sun, but do have an effect on how we experience her light and warmth.
That's why A Course in Miracles says, "Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all of the barriers within yourself that you have built against it."❤️

I had a beautiful improvisational song coming through me the other day that reminds us of the love we truly are.

I just opened up an old diary of mine and saw a question I was asking Spirit; "Is there anything else you want to share, tell me?" The answer read:
"Love, Love, Love.
Love abundantly and never hold back. Love all. Love complete. Love without resentment. Love without limit. Love without holding back anything. Love without side agenda. Love without motive. Love with grace. Love with fearlessness. Love with me. Love with God. Love with your whole being. Love for all." ❤

A Course in Miracles teaches that we are not our b

A Course in Miracles teaches that we are not our body and that in fact, the body is a projection of the mind and doesn't even truly exist at all. Therefore healing doesn't lie in fixing the body, but in correcting the mind that is projecting the body. This teaching however often goes hand in hand with 'level confusion'; we know ACIM teaches that we are only love and that the body isn't real, and now we think it is bad to go see a doctor or take medicine. This is absolutely NOT what A Course in Miracles is teaching.

All healing is essentially the release from fear. And if it is too fearful for our mind to accept healing, "magical" symbols such as medicines or doctors in whatever form, can serve as an acceptable stepping stone for our mind to accept healing.
So there's absolutely nothing wrong with seeking medical help in whatever form feels guided❤
The ego is quick to join us in everything, including using Course lessons to making us feel guilty when we're sick. It will say that we're not good Course students for getting sick, or blame us for 'manifesting' this illness.

Whenever we feel guilty, it's a sign that we're listening to the ego's interpretation of what is happening and it's an invitation to pause and choose a different teacher.
All things handed over to the Spirit become helpful backdrops for healing. Including sickness, taking medicine, going to the doctor. The Spirit knows our heart and will guide us to the symbols that will be the least fearful for us. So let's hand over our guilt around sickness, and let the Spirit use it for healing the true cause of all suffering; our unconscious belief in guilt!👏🏼

What made my life feel so much more purposeful, joyful, connected and loving? The fact that I realized I truly don't know what is best for me. I handed over my own plans, and opened myself up to Spirit's plan instead.

Whenever I think again that I need to know, and do everything myself, fear comes rushing back in. It's always a sign to remember that of myself I can do nothing, and to take a step back again and let Love lead the way.

A Course in Miracles says, "You do not ask too much of life, but far too little." I see it happening over and over again that when I hand over my own plans, things start to unfold in ways I couldn't even imagine and not once have I looked back and thought, "my plan was better than Spirit's plan".

Of course it can be scary to hand over our plans, because the ego always wants to be in control and know what's around the corner. But let's remember together today that really we do not have to know, we do not need to plan and figure everything out.
All we need to have is a desire for peace of mind. All else will fall into place when that is our one goal❤️🙏🏼
